Jeff Crisan
Jeff co-founded Silversmith Capital Partners in 2015 and focuses on investments in Healthcare IT & Services. Within Healthcare IT, Jeff partners with talented leaders of proven, high growth software and data companies that can either materially improve clinical outcomes or reduce administrative inefficiency within all segments of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. Jeff’s healthcare services investments are centered around innovative care delivery models oriented towards value-based care that can be scaled both organically and through M&A.
Jeff’s career in growth equity started over 25 years ago when he left Bain & Company to join Bain Capital. After several years working in Bain Capital’s Private Equity group, Jeff joined Bain Capital Ventures where he ultimately served as a Managing Director. While at Bain Capital Ventures, Jeff’s investments were predominantly growth equity investments in both Healthcare IT & Services as well as SaaS & Information Services.
Jeff and his wife have two children and live in Belmont, MA. Jeff loves playing most sports, particularly golf, tennis, and skiing. Jeff is also an avid, though quite slow, cyclist. He annually rides the Pan-Mass Challenge, a 150+ mile bike ride across Massachusetts, with his family to help raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
