Mike Lester

Mike Lester is a 4-time successful founder and CEO of healthcare services businesses. In his most recent role, Mike served as the Chairman and CEO at LifeStance Health, a healthcare services platform focused on behavioral health which he founded in 2015.

Prior to founding LifeStance Health, Mike was the founder and CEO of Accelecare Wound Centers, Radiant Research, and ContinueCare Health Systems. As the Chief Executive Officer of these companies, he successfully capitalized, assembled top-tier management teams and implemented strategic and tactical business plans creating long-term value for employees, customers and shareholders.
