Jim Costanzo

Jim is a highly regarded executive with over 40 years of experience in the healthcare and technology sector. Serving as CIO for Payers, leading software development for major industry products, and serving clients as part of large consulting firms (EY, Deloitte, PwC, BearingPoint, CapGemini).

Jim most recently served as CEO of Nordic Global Consulting (a Silversmith portfolio company), where he guided the company to a successful exit. Jim transitioned to the role at Nordic after his retirement from Ernst & Young where he served as the Global Health Leader.

Jim now serves as an independent Board director at Fortified Health Security (a Silversmith portfolio company), and Innovative Consulting Group. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at the University of Mount Union.
